- Nobody cares about the architecture. Not customers, not investors, not your co-founder after month three.
- The thing you built in a weekend to demo is the product. The thing you spent four months on is the thing you’ll delete.
- “Enterprise-ready” is a sales word, not an engineering milestone.
None of this would have stopped me. It might have made me faster.
